I'm sorry that you are likely dealing with some difficult or overwhelming feelings at this time. I understand that considering therapy, perhaps for the first time, can be a confusing and anxiety-provoking process.

 

I approach every client I work with in the same compassionate and empathic way and I see the symptoms or behaviours you are experiencing as an entirely normal response to the life events that you have encountered.
